If you are trying to roll back an intake, there are a few things to consider. This article can provide you with the points that need to be considered if you are having problems, and what to do next.


The following needs to be considered

When rolling back an intake within DeltaBond, you must consider the following:

  • If this intake has been completed, it can no longer be rolled back.

  • If this intake is at PUTAWAY status, it may be possible to roll this back.

  • This must first be removed from any system this may be linked to, i.e., DeltaWMS

If, after considering the above points, you are still unable to roll back an intake, please contact support, referencing the title of this article, including the Intake ID, and please also confirm that this has been removed from any system it may be linked to.

Note: If this has been completed in this other system, this can not be rolled back.
